Home Inspections
As a qualified home inspector I will assess the condition of the property's roof, foundation, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical work, basements and crawl spaces, ventilation and insulation, and some fire and safety issues. You and your realtor will recieve an emailed inspection report by the following day stating the condition of the home.

Types of Inspections

Buyers Inspection

  • This is a buyers inspection that takes place once the home is under contract. This will give you a clear picture of the condition of the home, and help reduce the likelihood of costly fixes in the future.
Pre-sale Home Inspection

  • This is for current homeowners who are getting ready to put their home on the market. This will help you stay ahead of the game by knowing your property's issues and having them fixed. This will reduce the likelihood of the buyer backing out of the contract.
Homeowners Maintenance Inspections

  • This is an inspection that allows the homeowner to identify and prioritize a home improvment list, and find small problems before they turn into big ones. This is also a great inspection to perform prior to a home warranty expiration.
Radon Testing
Radon levels vary greatly from home to home due to variations in soil chemistry. Radon is easy and inexpensive to detect and homes with high radon levels can be fixed. Since radon is invisible to sight, smell, and taste, the only way to know if you and your family are at risk for radon is to have a radon test done on your home.

American Home Warranty
"Included with every buyer's home inspection is a FREE "90 Day Limited Warranty" through American Home Warranty. Buying a home is a big investment, and this warranty can help get you through those first couple of months worry free."
